We collect the above information for operation statistics analysis, customer service complaint handling and other service experience optimization analysis, and to facilitate you to view your history in the product client; if you refuse to provide the above permissions, you may not be able to use our related products and services.


(2) Interaction information. When you interact with other users in the product through text, pictures, voice and other means, we may collect and save the above information you send to filter out pornographic, violent, political, insulting, malicious advertising and other inappropriate content, so as to purify the network space and maintain a healthy online environment. If you want to interact with other users through voice or take, upload and save pictures, we will access your microphone, camera, album, and read/write device external storage permissions after your authorization. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned permissions, you may not be able to use our related products and services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of this product and service (unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy). You can also turn off the aforementioned permissions in the system settings at any time.


(3) Application information, device information (unique device identification code, device serial number, device manufacturer, device name, device type and version, device model, device style, device MAC address), network identification information (IP address), operating system and process information, network environment information and service crash records. We collect the above information to verify account information and protect your account security. We may use your IP address to identify the location of the device when it is connected to the Internet for the purpose of implementing specific activity content.


(4) Transaction information, including recharge records, consumption records and other necessary information related to transactions. When you use the consumption function in a product, we will collect the above information so that you can query your transaction records, and at the same time protect your transaction security to the greatest extent possible. When there is a dispute in the transaction, provide information to customer service personnel to support the handling of dispute claims. (5) Facial feature information. Provide you with video synthesis function or service. The video synthesis function is one of the functions of our Aphotoi. To realize this function, we may collect and use the following information or permissions:


① Information you actively provide, including uploaded photos and videos;


② We will collect the head portrait photos you choose to upload or take voluntarily. After obtaining your authorization, we will analyze the facial feature data, identify the position and shape of the five senses in the photo, process the photo, and feedback the effect map to you. Such effect map will not contain any personal identity information. It is used to provide you with the service of modifying or editing short videos on the platform using technology. If you do not use the above services provided by us, we will not collect your head portrait photos.


③ We will collect your head portrait information to verify that the photo you uploaded is you and protect your portrait rights from being misused. We will not store your personal facial feature information.


⑤④ We will neither store nor share/process your personal facial information with any third party. The purpose of collecting such information is only for the facial recognition function of the video synthesis function (including but not limited to face fusion effect, AI face-changing effect, filter effect, and beauty effect). Your personal facial information is saved by the carrier (such as a mobile phone or other smart handheld terminal device) and its system when you upload the head portrait photo, and we will not save your personal facial information.


Refusing to provide the above information may prevent you from using the relevant functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services of our Aphotoi.


3. Customer Service

When you file a complaint, appeal, or make an inquiry or apply for cancellation, for the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide account information in advance and match it with the personal information you previously provided to verify your user identity. At the same time, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems or send gifts, we may also need you to provide your name, mobile phone number, email and other contact information and personal information. In addition, we will also collect your communication information with us (including text/picture/audio/video/call records) and other necessary information related to your needs. The above information is personal sensitive information. We collect the above information to investigate the facts and help you solve the problem. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on complaints, appeals or consultation results.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
