At Aphotoi, we strive to provide users with the best experience. We understand that the situation may change and you may need to apply for a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.


Refund Eligibility

Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of your purchase. After this deadline, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

Credit Usage: If you have already used more than 50 points, regardless of the purchase time, you are not eligible for a refund.


How To Apply For A Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for a refund, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us: Contact our customer service team to apply for a refund.

2. Provide detailed information: including your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

3. Submit within 5 days: Ensure that your request is submitted within 5 days after purchase.


Process Refund

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the result as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be refunded through your original payment method.

If you are using a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card;

If you are using other payment methods, please contact our 24/7 online customer service for refund inquiries.


PS: Please note that refunds deposited into a Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your bill.


Refund Assistance

1.Can I cancel the order?

If your situation meets one of the conditions for a full refund, this order can be cancelled.

2.How long does it take to cancel an order?

We will process the refund within 5-7 business days, but the actual refund time depends on your payment method. Due to holidays, the refund processing time may be longer than expected, but it will not exceed 30 days. If you have not received the refund after 30 days of approval, please contact us to inquire about the refund status.

3.Why haven't I received the refund after a few days?

After we agree to the refund, if you have not received the refund amount, it may be due to the following reasons:

a. Holiday reasons

Due to holidays, banking affairs, and other reasons, the refund process may take up to 30 days.

b. Reason for refusal to pay application

If you choose to file a chargeback, your payment institution will freeze the funds until this application is determined. Please contact your bank or other relevant institution to learn about the handling policies regarding chargeback procedures.
